Many apologies in advance for having to ask this question:

Recently I saw a thread on the list about learning C++ - resources for
online
courses as well as some book books, etc. out there. I didn't see a need for
this, but an associate has just asked me if I knew of anything.

Could the person who summarized this, please forward a copy to me? I would
appreciate it very much.

Again, I apologize for not keep this information.
