It is possible to have a web-based/e-mail list combination, and I think it's
free. www.egroups.com <http://www.egroups.com> -- the host of the
Outlook-Users group -- provides a website to where you can read your mailing
lists' posts. Each user can opt to receive the list by e-mail, go to the
web page, or both. The best of both worlds -- or all three worlds, if it
really is free to the list manager.
