Is web research searching for things on the web? Or is it researching web
technologies (java applets, remote scripting, clustered servers, etc..)? If
it is the former, then anyone who has visited Yahoo, Snap, or Excite can
claim to be a web researcher. If it is the latter, only those who have
investigated and implemented technologies (such as creating java classes or
VB OLE wrappers) used in internet based applications can claim this
distinction.
