Acrobat 4.0 does page at a time conversion. Just cut and paste. Be sure to
use the table selection tool, right mouse click (Windows) and choose Text >
Flow to bring the text in in regular paragraphs instead of with returns at
the end of every line.

Subject: Convert PDF to Word?
I know that theoretically this isn't possible, so I may have dreamed this
... but has anyone discovered a way to convert PDF files to Word? Or is my
best approach to print the PDF pages, scan with OCR, and then read the OCR
into Word?
