Download the free Acrobat Plug-in, PDFMaker, from www.adobe.com. This
plug-in works with Word97 and Acrobat 3.01. It automatically converts
heading styles to bookmarks, TOC links to topics, and cross-references
to targeted text. I think Acrobat 4.0 has this feature built-in.
