Did you install the SR1 patch? I suspect "Microsoft Office Developer
Edition" might be a euphemism for that. You need to have SR1 installed
before you can install SR2, I think.

If you don't have SR1, you can either do a double-patch, or you can get a
copy of the full SR2 edition for free by calling Microsoft at 800/360-7561.
Tell them you want the SR2 replacement disk, _not_ the patch disk.
