Personally, I've found the filtering much easier/convenient to set the
filter so that any mail I receive that is addressed to
TECHWR-L -at- LISTSERV -dot- OKSTATE -dot- EDU gets sent to my beloved Tech Whirlers folder.
Using the Rules Wizard I set it so that each incoming item's "TO" category
is inspected and rules are applied.
