Eric,
>ForeFront's tech support is mediocre at best, though.
On the contrary...
I have been using ForeHelp for over three years and find the support
staff to be *outstanding*. Must say that I've only had to phone support
about four times (which, to me, says something about their products).
Nonetheless, each call was met by a knowledgeable, courteous and very
helpful support person. Furthermore, if the answer wasn't at his or her
finger tips (let's face it, some problems are weird, undocumented compiler
bugs) he or she researched the problem then called me back with an answer or
suggested a workaround.
On the WinHelp list I have yet to see any criticism about
ForeFront's support (plenty though for another HAT which will remain
nameless). In fact all it has garnered are accolades.
