Come and learn RoboHelp and Documentation Project Management from Lin
Laurie, a certified RoboHELP instructor. Lin Laurie, a contributing author
to Developing Online Help for Windows 95 by Boggan, Farkas, and Welinske, is
hosting a week-long series of RoboHELP training classes at Carlton
University in Ottawa. Each hands-on class is 9am to 4pm daily, June 14th
through June 18th.

Ms. Laurie is a contributing author to the Microsoft Press book HTML in
Action and is a certified RoboHELP instructor. She teaches classes in
documentation project management, RoboHELP, and creating online help without
authoring tools at a Seattle college. She speaks yearly at the WinWriters
Conference in Seattle and has recently begun speaking nationally on subjects
related to online help.
