Howdy,

Those kind of questions make me VERY uncomfortable as well. Almost always,
it is a recruiter trying to get a lead; however, they will tell you they
just do not
want to double submit you. I have even had one or two tell me they won't
consider me for a position unless I tell them or try to badger me into it.

I want to work with a company I can trust. This does not feel very
trustworthy to
me. I usually choose not to work with these kind of recruiters.
