Hmmmm:

I'd need more information. I'd have no problem with them re-designing covers
or requesting certain repeating logos, etc. be changed.

Instead of redefining the corporate image, have you tried getting ISO
certification, right-sizing, implementing a quality assurance program, or
working smarter and not harder? These might be more satisfying and just as
useful <vbg>.
