Don't know if this makes a great argument, but if you look at the techwriter job
listings on DICE for Silicon Valley, EVERYBODY is using Frame. There are virtually
no exceptions.
Why? Obviously, because it's the most efficient, time- and cost-effective tool for
long docs. If Word were even remotely a reasonable alternative, some people would
be using it. They're not, and it isn't.
