Our team is considering adopting a standard to capitalize only the first
word in a title or heading within our manuals. This consideration is based
on a suggestion at a DTP seminar. I would like to get some feedback about
this proposal before I present my stance to the group.
The reasons given for adopting this new standard are:
* It's easier to type.
* It eliminates "significant word" confusion.
* We use this style for bulleted lists.
