Two suggestions:

1. Do you have the "Keep With Next" as well as "Keep Lines Together"
attribute selected for a bunch of sequential paragraphs? If so, drop
the Keep With Next, and that should help the line break situation.

2. There's always the brute force approach: Go to Table|Cell Height
and Width and uncheck the Allow Row to Break Across Pages option. And
then make sure you have enough rows to allow for decent breaks.
