John,

This is one of the most frustrating things about MS Word. The only way
around it -- to to best of my knowledge -- is to:
* select the entire row that is now breaking across pages
* go to Format | Paragraph
* select both "Keep lines together" _and_ "Keep with next"

This will force the page break above the row you just formatted.

You don't want to include these settings in a paragraph style though. If
every cell in every row is formatted this way, you'll go back to page
breaks in the middle of cells. In other words, this is a manual job.

Regards,
Andres
