        Obviously, you don't want to be the one to raise the specter of
a failed past position during an interview.  My point was that, just in
case it should come up, you would at least have a clear recollection of
what happened and why.  Having your ducks in line is sometimes critical
in mounting a credible defense.  Have a nice weekend!
