You might want to try a commercial data conversion service. A couple that I
got off the Web:

http://www.discinc.com/list.htm -- seem to cover DataWriter and lots of
other formats
http://www.silentpartners.com/Pages/otherservices.html -- their claim:

"Media Conversion -- Our capabilities include Mac, Windows, and DOS
formats, on disk, magnetic tape, cartridge, and CD-ROM, plus older CPM,
Wang, Xerox, Displaywriter, NBI, CPT, and OS6 systems."
