Is that really true? Junior is with one year of experience? What are you
called with two? I thought there was a discussion in the past that said
that entry level was, for most people, the first few years of a job? What
do the rest of you think?

In regards to Junior vs. entry-level:

Entry-level is usually, right out of college, or starting with no
experience.
Junior is 1 yr of experience
