I received my Bachelor's Degree in English ? Technical Communications from
Texas Tech. This was NOT through the distance learning program (as the
bachelor's program is not available on-line).

I can't speak for Tech's M.A. program, but their B.A. program gave me a solid
foundation for my life as a tech writer. The instructors are qualified,
helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Texas Tech's Tech Comm program
to any writer (professional or aspiring).

I, too, am not associated with this program, and I don't receive any benefits
from having people sign up.

I am just a happy graduate, with a powerful skill set.

My 2 cents.
