Hi Folks. Please can you help with a training resources problem?

We use Powerpoint to develop training courses, which are used by trainers in
various parts of the World. These are modular courses in which each topic
has a PPT file and a Word document. Trainers are also able to make their own
changes to the basic training material we issue. (For example, they may add
slides of their own, add text to a slide, add notes to the Note Pages of
slides, and so on.)

As we issue later versions of our training courses, we will be making
changes to the Powerpoint file for each training module (for example, we may
add new slides, remove old slides, add text and/or notes to a slide, and so
on). Problem: how to track changes we have made to the Powerpoint
presentations. If we could do this, the trainers receiving an updated
training course would easily be able to identify the PowerPoint
presentations, individual slides within them, and the changes to each slide
which were different from the course material they were currently using.

Is there a way of tracking changes in this way?

(please email a reply to david -dot- green -at- smallworld -dot- co -dot- uk)

Thank you in advance.

David Green.
