Title:
Course Developer

Duties:
Design, write. and produce training material for Windows NT software
products and APIs,
with a focus on instructor-led classroom deliverables.
Create graphics to help illustrate complex processes.
Conduct training sessions for the instructors who will be delivering the
courses.
Actively participate in all phases of product development, including
requirements analysis,
user interface design, and usability testing.
Analyze training requirements and review development proposals for new
software functionality.

Qualifications:
University/college degree in a technical field (or equivalent practical
experience).
3-5 years experience in designing, writing, and delivering training
material,
especially courses aimed at programmers.
Good understanding of object-oriented concepts and programming.
Solid conceptual and practical knowledge of training methodology and adult
learning theory.
Familiarity with programming techniques in VB or C++ environments.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products.
