Jennifer,

I've recently reviewed some cross-platform online help methods and
authoring products. The review is posted on my website at

Incidentally, I have also posted a genuinely cross-platform, demo,
pure-HTML help system there generated from FrameMaker docs with
WebWorks. The link is in the article.

Any others interested in publishing the article (e.g., in an STC
newsletter), that's OK by me as long as you tell me where, and when,
it's appearing.
