Depends on exactly HOW the images are included. If they're embedded within
the text, they'd be *in* the pathology report. If they're "8x10 color glossy
photographs with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one
explain' what each one was..." (sorry, couldn't resist :), attached to the
printed material with a paperclip, then they're *with* the pathology report.
