In a document that I am working on, in certain fields the user needs to
enter the time and the date when things occur. I state they need to enter
the date and time in the following formats: MM/DD/YYYY and HH:MM:SS. Do I
need to give an example of a date and a time or do people out of the
military know what these formats are without examples? You can reply to me
off the list and I will post a summary if necessary.
