This is something that was raised at one of the sessions at the ISTC
conference (UK) this weekend. The talk was about different ways of
sourcing text - paper, PDF, HTML etc. One point raised was how newspapers
kept info up to date on the web and, basically, it's sheer numbers. The
example quoted was CNN who have 200+ staff whose sole job is to update the
online version.
