Screen shots in a procedure should show the user what she should see directly
after completing a step -- this is the initial screenshot.

Don't show users the completed screenshot, since this is what they will see on
their own UI anyway. And since your audience is fairly technical and computer
literate, this should be obvious. Including these screenshots would make the
procedure too cluttered and take away from the effectiveness of the other
screenshots.
