Here are some of my favorites (the ones I always reach for first):

Handbook of Technical Writing (Charles T. Brusaw, Gerald J. Alred, and
Walter E. Oliu)

The Elements of Technical Writing (Gary Blake and Robert W. Bly)

Style: Ten Lessons in Clarity and Grace (Joseph M. Williams)

How to Communicate Technical Information: A Handbook of Software and
Hardware Documentation (Jonathan Price and Henry Korman)

Looking Good in Print (Roger C. Parker) Note: This book isn't necessarily a
technical writing book. It focuses more on the design aspect, but it's a
great book nonetheless.
