I don't know too much about Access or Outlook but I have used Act! -
They weren't my contacts but I did get to use it a bit. Seemed pretty
cool but had a few quirks (of course I can't really remember what they
were). You could generate mailing labels to do mass mailings
and such. If I remember right there were also reports you could
generate.
