Subject:HELP! Section breaks in Word97 From:Matthew Bin <mattbin -at- HOTMAIL -dot- COM> Date:Tue, 23 Jun 1998 07:42:33 PDT
I am having a very frustrating time just now with Word97, and I'm
wondering if anyone out there might be able to help (and quick!).
I am working on a document in Word (because I have to). Normally, I
have no problem with creating section breaks and different footers and
all that jazz, but in this document, it keeps changing the Section Break
(Next Page) that I put before every level 1 header to Section Break (Odd
Page). I can delete them and add new ones as much as I like, it just
changes them to Odd Page behind my back.
I should add that I don't have them as part of the style; I add them
manually.
The result is screwed up page numbering and blank pages when I print
out. Can someone rescue me?
Please at least copy your response directly to me, as I am in digest
mode and wouldn't mind getting this resolved before the end of today.
(The doc is due tomorrow--this is the final revision!)
Thanks very much!
M@
