I use WWP to convert Frame docs to HTML, and I love it. We have not
yet gotten into using it to convert to WinHelp or HTML Help.
However, WWP support is excellent. I recently had problems when 4.0
first came out and I was trying to convert a document previously
converted with 3.5. I had two people over there working on my
problems continuously for about two weeks. We communicated with
email and by phone and they were extremely responsive. Instead of
considering my problems to be annoying, they treated them as helpful
ways for them to learn more about the unexpected problems associated
with upgrading.
So, I recommend that you not only get WWP, but also get the 1 year
maintenance. It's definitely worth it.
