There *are* one or two books on the subject of running a pubs.
department--I'm curious if anyone has read and can recommend
any one in particular.
** I read one called "Managing Documentation Projects in
an Imperfect World," but the author's idea of an
imperfect world was utopia compared to the conditions
I'm used to facing in real life.
