You might have a look at ClickBook. We used it for a while and it seemed
OK apart from the oddd funny with kerning. Allowed you to print a variety
of booklets etc and automatically sorted out the page numbering. The
version we had didn't, however, like section breaks where you moved from
protrait to landscape. Trial version available:
