And I would like to know that if I apply, will they hire me.

Seriously...While I agree on the location for filtering purposes, can't we
just be grateful to the job posters that they are keeping us apprised of
positions? Yes, they are not doing through the goodness of their
hearts...however, if an advertised position was to go into all of the
details requested below along with the other questions that all 4,000
readers on the list could come up with, you'd be looking at a 40k message
with disclaimers, EEO, along with the complaints that THAT would generate.

I'm sure that if you kept a text file with all those questions that I don't
care about, specifically for that purpose, then when you see something that
interests you, you send off an email and import the questions in your
email...takes about 10 seconds. This way, you get to include all the
questions you'd have about the position without burdening us with a three
paragraph inclusion about partner coverage, telecommuting, etc.

I agree. In addition, I'd like to see some standardization as to what
is included in a job listing.
For example, relocation information, salary range, benefits information
(just basics -- what is covered, and who (domestic partner coverage?) is
covered), telecommuting part of the week, and the like.
