Hi Moira,

1. I tell 'em that there are X spaces in the line:

Add the following line to your product.ini file:
AppTitle="System - Management"
Note there are two spaces before the word "Management"

2. I show an example where I've used a placeholder for a space, after
telling them that I will use placeholders to indicate spaces:

<sp> indicates a space
AppTitle="System<sp>-<sp><sp>Management"
