The job:
Update and reformat user guides in Adobe FrameMaker by using the
principles of Information Mapping. Create context-sensitive Windows Help
files using ForeHelp. Gather information from technical experts. Manage
own projects to meet deadlines. Prepare documentation files for
production.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of technical communication principles, experience with
desktop publishing in Windows, and solid writing skills. Two to four
years experience in technical writing. Certificate in technical writing
or college degree.
Desired:
Understanding of financial accounting principles. Comprehensive usage of
FrameMaker and Microsoft Word. Experience in development of online help
system. Knowledge of Information Mapping principles.
