GINGER JONES reported a graphics problem. Her daughter
<<created [her] database in FileMaker Pro. I used the
database to create another layout for the invoice that I
need printed. I took it to the printer as an .EPS file, but
it was bitmapped. What [she] tried doing was: copying and
pasting the layout into Illustrator...>>

Piece of cake. What your daughter actually did was take a
screenshot of the invoice at ca. 72 dpi (i.e., screen
resolution), and that's why it's a bitmap now. The solution
is equally simple: from within FileMaker, print the file to
disk using a Postscript printer driver, then bring the disk
file to your printer.
