CyberCash, Inc. is seeking an entry level technical writer with excellent
interpersonal communication and writing skills to develop HTML Help
and user guides for electronic commerce software and services.
Responsibilities include:
- participating in team meetings
- interviewing developers
- analyzing technical specifications
- developing user guides, including glossaries and indices
- developing HTML Help
- maintaining updates to published documents
Required skills:
- Coursework and/or internship in writing user guides
- Strong analytical ability
- Ability to learn and clearly write about complex technical material
- Windows 95 or NT OS experience
- Internet experience
- HTML tagging, Adobe Acrobat PDF creation, and FrameMaker or similar
DTP application experience are plusses
