Regarding Eric's problem with his client wanting him work though an agency:
I can't see how this arragement places *you* on the corporation's preferred
provider list: the agency would be the provider.
Also, the corporation will pay the agency, not you. The corporate client
can negotiate with the agency about how much it pays *them*, but it's not
their business how much of that money the agency passes along to you.
