Institute (RPI) in Troy NY, near Albany, offers these graduate programs:
Communication and Rhetoric
Graphics in Technical Communication (MS
in Tech Comm with Graphics Cert)
They also offer a program for distance learning students called
Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) (offered by the
Communication department where you use the Satellite Video Program).
This curriculum offers four courses - Intro to HCI Usability
(interaction between humans and computers), Electronic Coaching Systems
(scientific literature on how people acquire and analyze information for
printed, on-line, and automated systems), Communication Design for the
