Senior Writers

In our company, a Senior Writer is a subject matter expert, that is
they have extensive experience with at least one product group and is
expected to mentor others in the department as well as attend planning
meetings with their product group. However, even if contractors do this,
they cannot be senior writers here; you must be direct.
