Ralph,

Just as converting from Word to Frame is sometimes less than perfect, so is
the conversion back. If you don't care about the niceties of formatting and
sometimes dropped images (anchored frames), you shouldn't have any problem
saving the Frame files in RTF format and giving them to engineers.

Best bet is to try it on one document and see what happens. Convert it to
Frame--format it the way you want--and then convert it back to RTF.
