Microsoft Help for Macintosh

I've created a Microsoft Help file for the Mac. Can we simply distribute
this help file (with our application of course)? Or do we need to also
send the Microsoft Help application? I mostly do help for Windows apps,
so this is unchartered territory for me.

TIA,
Kathryn
