TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
Hey guys...Larry sent this response to me, and it made me think of
sending this request to you.
Several months ago, there was a heated discussion of whether agencies
were good or bad and what made them that way. At some point (when my
ISP starts supporting FrontPage98 extensions, which is what I'm using to
design the site), I'll be letting visitors place their own comments.
However, until then, if you have any GOOD comments about agencies that
you've had experience with, feel free to send them to me. I don't think
I'll have any liability by posting GOOD comments.
What I'd ask is:
* their name
* geographical location
* how to contact them and maybe a web address
* your comments about them
Let me know if you want to get "credit" for the posting and so that the
list doesn't get into another one of the "taste great/less filling"
discussions, send the comments to my personal address ( mailto:john -at- tdandw -dot- com ) and I'll get them on the site ( http://www,tdandw.com ) quickly.
Thanks for you time and attention.
