On the other hand, if you've done a bit of all sorts of writing, that
can be an asset, especially if the job you're applying for includes both
tehcnical writing and marketing communications. In these cases,
employers often want versatility.

I'd like to emphasize that you should let interviewers ask about your
reasons for leaving - don't, like a lot of people do, put your reasons
on your resume, especially if you've done a lot of jobs.
