When I look to hire people, I ask what kind of money they are looking for and
then decide if I want them enough to pay it, negotiate it, or pass. What
someone made in a previous job is really not my business.

>>When being courted by a company's HR person, it seems that they
always > want to know what salary I am currently earning.<<

>>When applying for staff positions I *never* tell HR what I am
currently making.<<

It's been many moons since I last filled out a job application.
However, is current and previous pay information requested on any of
the job application you folks have filled out?
