Sounds to me like the ones w/o a degree think it's not important and
the ones with a degree think it is. I'm proud that I got my degree.
College itself was an experience I'll never regret (especially now
that it's finally paid for!). I figure that if an employer requires a
degree, that doesn't mean they are lamebrained, it's just a
requirement for that particular job. If you can't or don't want to
fill that requirement (no matter how lamebrained you think it is),
just apply for a different job. Their loss.
