Subject:Re: "co-maker", what does it mean to you From:Becca Barrett <BBarrett -at- CFIPRO -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 22 May 1997 10:42:41 PST
In the U.S. Banking industry, "co-maker" is the term used for a person
who co-signs a promissory note, in other words a co-signer. Although
co-signer is the more common term in consumer lending, co-maker is
heard in the industry and for commerical loans
How about co-manufacturer?
