Greetings -
The root of the problem was a WINHELP.EXE on the server that needed to
be replaced. Then, all was swell. The system that the on-line procedures
support was successfully installed and the users have access to their
operational manuals.
Special Thanks to Jim Cheval, Tim Altom, David Young, & Lionel
Wolfberger, and, of course, Eric Ray for allowing me to SOS the list.
The interesting part of not working in a software company is that
end-users are not "out there somewhere", but, rather, down the hall or in
another company facility and they know where you live.
It's a beautiful morning on Long Island, and for another day, I am
employed.
Thanks, again.
Lucille
