Has anyone used semi-concealed wire-o binding in Western Canada? I'm
wondering if it would be available in Edmonton. I'm about to embark on
a project that this type of binding may be just what I'm looking for.
If I understand the concept correctly, it looks like a photo album
that has the coil on the inside of the album but has a bound look on
the outside. Is that right?
Thanks

The type of binding that is a spiral/wire-o binding with a cover is
called "hidden wire-o." I've been using it for years (in California).
It works really great -- you get all the lay flat aspects of wire or
spiral binding, and you also get a cover on which you can print a
book title.
It *is* a bit more expensive than perfect binding, but you know
what? It's definitely worth it!!
