Howdy, Andrea:

I have had the same problem with copying screens.
I also use Paintshop Pro. The solution I found
required retaking the screen shots.

I reset my Windows properties where I had a white
background and a black title bar rather than the
"standard" windows blue and grey. Now my screens
do not have that grey screen which requires a
higher level of print quality. Your screens
will not stand out as much, but they will be
readable.

Another option would be--see if you can find a
Docutec system to have your manuals printed on.
That solution provides "laser print" quality;
it usually costs more than copying and less than
printing.

Good Luck!
